Paranormal State Illustrated

Taking a close look at what you see and hear on a “Real Life. Drama.” TV series.
QUESTIONABLE: REUSED RECORDER SEGMENT
This is also the same recorder that is used in the opening sequence of all Paranormal State episodes, but from a different view.
The same fundamental footage of a micro-cassette tape recorder is used in different episodes.
The same footage of a micro-cassette recorder is used in two different episodes.
1. Screenshot from Paranormal State
“Paranormal Intervention.”
Same footage, although the color is a little different than how it appears in “School House Haunting.”
Scenes of a Sony M-670V micro-cassette recorder were shown in two different episodes, “School House Haunting” and “Paranormal Intervention.” The recorder is seen being handled in “Paranormal Intervention,” but not handled in “School House Haunting.” Therefore, it is most likely the recorder footage in “School House Haunting” was borrowed from “Paranormal Intervention.” Some of the footage is identical, although there is a slight color difference. The end result is, the same footage is used in two episodes.
This is yet another example where Paranormal State uses footage from one episode, and adds it as filler material to a different episode.

“School House Haunting.”
Same footage, although the color is a little different than how it appears in “Paranormal Intervention.”
The same footage of the micro-cassette recorder is used twice in “School House Haunting” :
at about 08 minutes and 34 seconds, and
at about 15 minutes and 41 seconds
Times don’t include commercial breaks.
2. “SCHOOL HOUSE HAUNTING”
Recordings were made, termed Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP’s). After viewing the episode, it appears that all recordings were done on digital media. The recorder pictured here uses a micro-cassette tape- it is not digital. And, you never see anyone holding this micro-cassette recorder as you do in “Paranormal Intervention.”
1. “PARANORMAL INTERVENTION”
Carol Anne, the client, made many recordings which are supposed to be Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP’s) with a Sony M-670V micro-cassette recorder. Carol Anne is seen holding the micro-cassette recorder, as well as handling micro-cassettes, in “Paranormal Intervention.” So it would seem the recorder scene should have been used only here.
