VEGAS: BLACKED-OUT BUT IDENTIFIABLE

Here are two ways to learn Emily’s last name.

WAY #1 TO FIND EMILY’S LAST NAME

MATCH THE LETTERS

Emily’s name was blacked-out but there is enough information visible to figure it out. Learn how. Another, simpler (?) way is to search the Internet using info from the episode.

It isn’t too difficult to figure out who Emily was because steps weren’t taken to adequately conceal her name.

An effort was made to conceal Emily’s last name in the example above by blacking it out. But there is enough information visible to figure it out.

“Garcia” is superimposed to reveal Emily’s last name.

USING SAME SCREENSHOT AS ON THE LEFT:

Step One: ascertain the type font used, which was
American Typewriter, bold.

Step Two: match the existing font size.

Step Three: match the upper- and lower-case letters by trial-and-error to fit the visible outline of Emily’s blacked-out name.

WAY #2 TO FIND EMILY’S LAST NAME

GOOGLE SEARCH

Another, perhaps simpler way to find Emily’s last name is to perform an Internet search, using Google as the search engine. Just type in “Emily murder San Antonio” and the first result returned (as of 12 Oct 2008) yields the http://theresayeary.tripod.com website, which basically provides a lot of personal details about Emily. Interestingly, EVERY claim Savannah makes about Emily is on that Website- with the exclusion of where Savannah says “Yeah, and every time I see her she has a white shirt on and jeans.” This is not proven to be true. And Savannah makes a drawing of Emily with six, clear and distinct marks on her neck which to me, look like fingerprints. “Yeah, they’re like bruises.” says Savannah. Wrong- there was only ONE bruise listed on Emily Garcia’s autopsy report. Emily’s cause of death was listed as ligature strangulation, not by hand.

Very personal information about Emily Garcia’s abduction, sexual assault and murder are made public on a website from Sheila Smith-Ramirez (Emily’s mother) and Theresa Yeary-Dontrich (Emily’s aunt). The Paranormal Research Society’s investigation did not reveal ANY new and verifiable facts that solved Emily’s case. If Savannah had verifiable psychic or medium abilities, don’t you think Emily’s spirit would have mentioned some case-solving facts, rather than repeating information from a website?
